101 Riverside Hospital, Inc. is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Cardiology team at our facility in Smithfield, Virginia. This role involves delivering comprehensive cardiovascular care to all patients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating new patients, managing treatment plans, and coordinating care. The position offers a supportive work environment, professional growth opportunities, and various benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing, active Nurse Practitioner license required for Nurse Practitioner applicants.
• Active Physician Assistant license required for Physician Assistant applicants.
• Eligibility for Virginia medical licensure and valid DEA registration required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver comprehensive cardiovascular care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Perform new patient evaluations and detailed health assessments.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.

Connaissances

Strong oral and written communication skills

Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset

Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions

Proficient in diagnosing and managing common cardiovascular conditions

Familiarity with managed care and Medicare populations

Professional demeanor and appearance

Basic computer proficiency

Formation

Master’s Degree in Nursing or Master’s degree from an accredited PA program
