Focus on delivering superb clinical care to a diverse, medically complex patient population in both the in-patient and outpatient arenas, supported by the highest-caliber cardiovascular invasive, diagnostic, and surgical services in a collaborative and multidisciplinary setting.

The Hartford HealthCare Inherited Cardiovascular Disease Program (ICDP) is a multidisciplinary program for the care and management of patients with inherited cardiomyopathies, inherited arrhythmia syndromes, neuromuscular disease-related cardiomyopathy and aortopathies/connective tissue diseases involving the aorta.

The successful candidate will have interest, training and experience in the work-up, diagnosis and treatment of ICD patients. Working with a dedicated cardiac genetic counselor, the candidate will continue to develop the Inherited Cardiovascular Disease program for the HVI. There are extensive clinical research opportunities available. Research experience is required.
