Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD/DO) with board certification in Cardiology.
• Active NY license or eligibility to practice in NY.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with patient-centered approach.
• Experience with EMRs and value-based care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality cardiac care as a clinical lead in the practice.
• Perform comprehensive history, exams, and test interpretations.
• Manage acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions with evidence-based care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans promoting heart health.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, options, and prevention.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and care teams.
• Mentor trainees including students and interns.
• Ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
