Talent Solutions Partners in Suffolk County, Long Island, seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiologist to join a physician-led group famed for clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

This position offers flexible hours, Monday–Friday, no on-call requirements, and a compensation range of $500K–$700K per year. Board certification and NY licensure are required, with opportunities for leadership within a growing cardiology team.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiology.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in New York.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with patient-centered care.
• Familiarity with EMRs is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to grow a thriving patient base.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key clinical provider in delivering high-quality cardiac care.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments including history, physicals, and interpretation of diagnostic tests.
• Manage acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions using evidence-based practices.
• Create and oversee individualized treatment plans for long-term heart health.
• Provide patient education on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive strategies.
• Maintain thorough EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with referring physicians, specialists, and care teams.
• Provide clinical oversight to nurses, technologists, and staff.
• Mentor clinical trainees including students and interns.
• Stay compliant with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS, and payer guidelines.
• Participate in population health initiatives and quality improvement.
• Contribute to development of a sustainable patient panel aligned with growth objectives.
