Job summary

ProMedica Physician Cardiology (PPC) is recruiting a General Cardiologist to join a well-established team in Toledo, Ohio. The practice offers a full spectrum of cardiac services and has served the region for over 25 years, with a large group of specialists including interventionalists, imaging, EP, and APPs.

The role entails outpatient visits, inpatient rounding, and a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional development, education, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• MD or Doctor of Medicine
• Board certification or eligibility in Cardiology
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Inpatient rounding 1–2 hours per day
• Outpatient visits averaging ~24 per day with stress testing, echocardiography, and nuclear imaging
• 1 in 5 weekend call rotation with minimal evening calls
• Outreach clinic 1–2 times a month at satellite hospital within drive time of Toledo
• Hospital rounding as part of routine coverage

ProMedica Physician Cardiology (PPC), an outstanding cardiology group, is currently recruiting a General Cardiologistto join a dynamic team of experts. This well-established cardiology practice offers the full spectrum of cardiac services and has served the region for over 25 years, with excellent reputation. PPC consists of over 50 providers which includes General Cardiology, Advanced Heart Failure, Cardiac Imaging, Interventionalist, Electrophysiologist, and Advanced Practice Providers.

• Covered by group during vacations/time off
• 1-2 hours inpatient rounding per day
• Outpatient visits – on average 24 per day – stress testing, echos, nuclear’s
• 1 in 5 weekend call rotation – minimal evening call
• Outreach clinic 1-2 times a month may be required at satellite hospital setting, within 1 hour or less drive time from Toledo
• Hospital rounding
