Job summary

ProMedica Northwest Ohio Cardiology Consultants in Toledo is seeking a General Cardiologist to join a large cardiology team. The role includes inpatient rounds, outpatient visits, stress testing, echocardiography, and nuclear imaging with a 1 in 5 weekend call rotation.

Outreach clinics may be required at satellite hospitals within driving distance. The practice has a long-standing reputation, with a broad spectrum of cardiac services and extensive provider onboarding support.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent in Cardiology.
• Board certification in Cardiology or eligibility.
• AHA CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform inpatient rounds 1–2 hours daily.
• Conduct outpatient visits; average around 24 per day; perform stress tests, echocardiography, and nuclear imaging.
• Participate in 1 in 5 weekend call rotation and outreach clinics as needed.

This well-established cardiology practice offers the full spectrum of cardiac services and has served the region for over 25 years, with excellent reputation. PPC consists of over 50 providers which includes General Cardiology, Advanced Heart Failure, Cardiac Imaging, Interventionalist, Electrophysiologist, and Advanced Practice Providers. REQUIREMENTS:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Board certified or eligible in Cardiology Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification
