The ChristianaCare Center for Heart & Vascular Health is currently seeking an Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist to join and lead our Advanced Heart Failure Program at the Center for Heart & Vascular Health.
About the Team
The ChristianaCare Advanced Heart Failure Group consists of 4 Advanced Heart Failure Doctors, along with advanced practice clinicians and support staff. Our section of Cardiology includes diverse community-based practices and a hospital-based cardiology group of 25 cardiologists and 16 advanced practice clinicians. The practice offers a busy clinical setting, opportunities for teaching Cardiology Fellows and House staff, and engagement in clinical research. The Center for Heart and Vascular Health at Christiana Hospital handles approximately 1,800 chest pain admissions annually, performs over 3,000 cardiac catheterizations, 1,400 PCIs, 1,600 EP procedures, and 880 cardiac surgeries each year. It also provides advanced heart failure services, including LVAD management. ChristianaCare is affiliated with the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University and partners with Pennsylvania Hospital for cardiac transplantation and transplant medicine services.
