Qualifications

• The Physician Assistant provides 24-hour cardiothoracic surgery coverage including inpatient and ED duties.
• Competency in Endoscopic Vein Harvesting (EVH) is required or demonstrable.
• Experience with cardiac procedures (CABG, valve repair/replacement, aortic/thoracic surgeries) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour call coverage for inpatient and ED care.
• Assist in cardiothoracic surgical procedures as first-assist.
• Collaborate with Trauma Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, and Radiology.
