Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Physiology, or a related field.
Prior research or laboratory experience in molecular, cellular, or physiological techniques.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform laboratory experiments under supervision, including cell culture, molecular biology assays, and biochemical analyses.
Assist with animal studies, including surgeries, genotyping, sample collection, and physiological measurements.
Maintain detailed laboratory records and assist with data entry, analysis, and presentation.
Prepare reagents, manage lab inventory, orders, and ensure proper maintenance of equipment and compliance with safety protocols.
Contribute to the preparation of figures and materials for manuscripts, grant proposals, and presentations.
Support the training of students and coordinate with other lab members to ensure efficient operation of research activities.
Other duties as assigned.
