Qualifications

• Must be able to read and recognize colors.
• Ability to push/pull and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Stand/walk 7–8 hours per shift, in a cotton dust environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow all department safety rules.
• Operate carding machines and ensure correct fiber processing.
• Identify blends and inspect sliver quality.
• Maintain production logs and report issues.
• Keep work area clean and safe; perform scheduled cleaning.
• Transport full and empty cans and respond to indicator lights.
