Job summary

Corewell Health’s 6 Heart Center Butterworth in Grand Rapids is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit.

You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for cardiac and vascular patients, partnering with the Nurse Leader and adhering to Corewell Health policies, with Michigan RN licensure.

This night-shift position offers 36 hours per week in a supportive team dedicated to safe, excellent patient care. BLS and ACLS credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing required within 5 years.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• BLS certification (AHA) required within 90 days.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with the Nurse Leader and follow Corewell Health policies.
• Educate patients and families; document education and care plans in the health record.
