Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington, IL seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Unit on the 7pm–7am night shift. This full-time role features a 24-bed unit serving cardiac, observation, and neuro patients.

Applicants should be IL-licensed RNs; BSN preferred, ADN acceptable with BSN commitment within four years. Current AHA CPR and flexibility to work weekends/holidays are required.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with IL RN license.
• BSN preferred; ADN acceptable with commitment to BSN in four years.
• Current AHA CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate patient-centered care across the continuum.
• Deliver care using evidence-based practice and clinical decision making.
• Maintain safety and quality standards to ensure best patient experience.
• Assist in transitions of care to home or other facilities.

Educación

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Current IL RN license

BSN preferred

ADN acceptable with agreement to enroll in BSN completion program within four years

Advocate Aurora Health nursing certification within one year of hire or eligibility
