Job summary

Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center in Florida is seeking a Per Diem Ultrasound Tech skilled in echocardiograms, stress tests, TEE, EKG, and Holter monitoring. You will work with the medical staff to meet patient needs and support daily hospital operations.

The role requires ARDMS or CCI registry and BLS certification. You will document services clearly, participate in departmental meetings, and assist with reports, while maintaining regulatory compliance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Registry required: ARDMS or CCI.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Performs Echocardiograms per departmental protocol and supports TEE and stress testing.
• Provides EKG and Holter monitoring when workload permits; ensures accurate lead placement.
• Documents services clearly and assists with report processing and retrieval.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, staff, and physicians; participates in team meetings.
• Stays current with departmental computer systems and equipment upgrades.
