Job summary

MedLead Careers is seeking a Cardiac Ultrasound Technician / Sonographer to perform ultrasounds and EKGs in nursing homes, uploading images to the Medical Record system and delivering findings to physicians for diagnostic use.

You will operate LG and Butterfly IQ systems, ensure image quality, and monitor patient safety and comfort throughout exams. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ARDMS certified sonographer.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience with ultrasound modalities and EKGs.
• Experience using LG and Butterfly IQ systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle all ultrasounds and EKGs in assigned nursing homes.
• Upload images and necessary information to the Medical Record system.
• Ensure tests are read and sent to facilities in a timely fashion.
• Observe image quality during scans and adjust equipment as needed.
• Observe and care for patients to ensure safety and comfort during examinations.
• Provide sonogram findings to physicians for diagnosis.
