Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in medical office administration.
• Experience using computers to enter data and experience working with the public; customer service.
• Preferred: clerical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and HIPAA regulations preferred.
