You will oversee staffing, bed assignments, and workflow to optimize efficiency and patient outcomes.

The role requires rounds to evaluate care quality, collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, mentoring and precepting new staff, and championing performance improvement,

Qualifications

• RN license required; multi-state license preferred.
• BLS and ACLS required upon hire.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage unit workflow.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staff, assigns patients, and manages unit workflow.
• Rounds on patients to evaluate care quality and take corrective actions.
• Collaborates with physicians, management, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Supports performance improvement, evidence-based practice, and research activities.
• Mentors and precepts new staff and promotes professional development.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and maintains a safe, respectful environment.
