Job summary

Qualifications

• RN License required in state of practice.

• Minimum 3 years of inpatient telemetry or critical care nursing experience.
• Comfort with complex disease processes, ventilators, tracheostomies, and invasive/non-invasive monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of nursing care across shifts and teams.
• Provide leadership in collaboration with medical, ancillary, and support staff.
• Maintain adherence to nursing practice standards in the clinical setting.
• Serve as a clinical and leadership resource for staff.
