Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 90 days of hire is required; Rhythm Analysis Technician is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate timely emergency measures according to role responsibilities.
• Interpret and recognize arrhythmias and report to the nurse.
• Run EKG strips and document rhythm interpretations.
• Respond to monitor alarms per protocol and maintain equipment.
• Provide clear reports on patient rhythm to nurses and providers.
