Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Monitor Technician to observe cardiac/hemodynamic monitors and patient activity. You will report any unusual activity to the nurse or charge nurse and document according to unit policy.

The role requires successful completion of a cardiac dysrhythmia or monitor technician course, and BLS certification upon hire. Preferred candidates have 1 year of acute care monitor technician experience, with on-site work during day shifts.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of cardiac dysrhythmia course or monitor technician course or equivalent education/experience.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Responsabilités

• Observe cardiac/hemodynamic monitors and patient activity on video monitors.
• Report any unusual activity to nurse or charge nurse.
