Qualifikationen

• Complete SEH/SEP ECG class and pass exam with minimum 85% score yearly and 100% on lethal arrhythmias.

Aufgaben

• Monitor telemetry to observe and interpret ECG rhythms.
• Document irregular rhythms and changes in heartbeat in the EHR.
• Communicate findings with bedside nurses, charge nurses, and team leads.
• Support protocol development, training, and quality assurance activities.
• Process admissions, transfers, and discharges accurately.
• Assist in orienting new telemetry technicians.
• Work with EPIC EHR for patient data and orders.
