Job summary

Providence is seeking a telemetry monitoring technician at St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, CA to perform cardiac telemetry monitoring and arrhythmia detection.

This role includes collateral department clerical duties and requires completion of specified coursework, an ECG test, and orientation through an internal online program. Candidates must complete competency assessments and obtain National Provider BLS upon hire.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Dysrhythmia Recognition Course.
• Completed Basic Arrhythmia course or demonstrated rhythm interpretation experience.
• ECG test required prior to job offer.
• Internally developed online orientation course.
• Periodic competency assessments will be conducted.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities
