Qualifications

• Successful completion of Dysrhythmia Recognition Course.
• Must have completed the Basic Arrhythmia course or demonstrated rhythm interpretation experience.
• ECG test must be completed prior to job offer.
• Internally-developed online orientation course participation.
• Periodic competency assessments.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs cardiac telemetry monitoring and arrhythmia detection via the Central Monitoring system.
• Performs department clerical duties as collateral responsibility.
