Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe telemetry and report dysrhythmias to nursing staff.
• Transcribe physicians' orders to MAR and documentation systems.
• Maintain patient charts and ensure open records are organized.
• Answer phones, manage nurse call system, and relay messages.
• Assist in admissions, consents, and patient flow documentation.
• Prepare outpatient folders and admission packets.
• Maintain supplies and assist with clerical tasks.
• Ensure chart completion at discharge and file reports.
