You will identify significant patterns, respond to alarms, and communicate with nursing staff to support timely interventions and patient safety.

The role requires strong attention to detail, reliable teamwork, and adherence to department policies to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a busy telemetry unit.

Qualificações

• High school graduate or GED required at hire.
• CPR certification expected within 90 days of start.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Continuous observation of ECG patterns and pulse oximetry as ordered.
• Set up, calibrate and maintain alarms on telemetry module.
• Respond to alarms and report arrhythmias to care team per protocol.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure patient safety and timely communication.
