Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Grand Junction, Colorado, to assess patients and coordinate care across the interdisciplinary team. The RN will plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care, documenting thoroughly and maintaining licensure and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of start date.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
• BSN required by 2025 per job description update.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients.
• Collaborate with team to develop individualized plan of care.
• Direct or delegate care to interdisciplinary team per plan and licensure.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise care plan as needed.
