Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Telemetry / Congestive Heart Failure unit. The RN will work the Night shift on a full-time basis, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative setting.

This role emphasizes evidence-based practice, interdisciplinary teamwork, and commitment to staff development and safety standards. Sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in nursing or graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license (Georgia) and BLS; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing process with evidence-based practice to provide individualized patient care.
• Coordinates care with interdisciplinary team and engages patient and family.
• Upholds policy, safety goals and professional standards in practice.
• Supports governance and performance improvement initiatives across the care team.
