Job summary

WVU Medicine Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, WV is seeking a Night Shift Telemetry RN Level I to deliver nursing care in an inpatient setting using the nursing process and independent judgment.

The role requires one year of RN experience, a valid RN license (state or eNLC) and BLS within 30 days of hire; a BSN is preferred. You will modify care plans, apply evidence-based practice, delegate per scope, and support interprofessional collaboration to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of service or multi-state license via eNLC.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year of registered nursing experience.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Modify patient plans of care based on data collection and individual needs.
• Use Evidence-Based Practice to provide patient care.
• Delegate according to scope of practice.
• Verify the plan of care with interprofessional colleagues, patient, and caregiver(s).
• Provide education based on learning needs and family involvement.
• Promote effective communication among the team and patients.
