Job summary

Prisma Health seeks an experienced registered nurse to provide clinical direction in an acute inpatient setting at the Murray Suite Cardiac Telemetry unit in Richland Hospital. The role emphasizes patient/family centered care, evidence-based practice, safety, and quality improvement. Weekend/holiday/on-call work may be required.

Qualifications

• Education - Associate degree in Nursing. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience - One (1) year experience as a registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as per nursing plan.
• Develop and update individualized care plans with patient/family input.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and licensure requirements.
