Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Implement, monitor, record, and communicate patient care plans and condition changes.
• Coordinate all disciplines as primary contact for well-coordinated patient care.
• Execute physician and nursing orders while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs.
