Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Medical Telemetry unit at Highland Park Hospital. This part-time night shift (7pm-7:30am) involves a 24-hour schedule with rotating weekends, delivering safe and compassionate care using the nursing process and collaborating with the care team.

The role requires IL nursing licensure, an NLN-accredited program graduate, and BLS/CPR certification, with BSN preferred. Previous nursing or CNA experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Current IL nursing license
• NLN-accredited nursing program graduate or equivalent
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Prior nursing experience or CNA experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care on the Cardiac Telemetry unit
• Apply nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Supervise and guide assigned unlicensed assistive personnel
• Communicate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
• Contribute to safety outcomes and high-quality patient experience
