Job summary

Advocate Health Care is seeking a skilled RN to join the 6 Palm Med/Surg Cardiac Telemetry Team at Atrium Health Pineville in Charlotte, NC. You will perform comprehensive nursing care during 12-hour night shifts, ensuring safe, evidence-based practices for adult and geriatric cardiac patients.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active RN license in the state. BLS certification is also required as part of our commitment to patient safety.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience; not for new grads.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state where the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead with evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and compassionate communication to ensure the safest environment and best patient experience.
