Job summary

The Staff Pad is partnering with a regional healthcare organization in Portage, WI to hire Registered Nurses for a high-acuity Cardiac Telemetry Unit. You’ll care for complex cardiac and medical patients, including post-op open-heart, CHF, and vascular cases, while building advanced clinical skills in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role offers day and night shifts on 12-hour rotations, with opportunities to advance into Charge RN and cardiac specialties as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork.
• Experienced RNs and new graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for high-acuity cardiac and medical patients.
• Monitor complex patients and manage multiple drips.
• Care for patients with chest tubes and central lines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
