Job summary

The Staff Pad is partnering with a regional healthcare organization in Wausau, WI to hire RNs for a high-acuity Cardiac Telemetry Unit. You will care for complex cardiac patients, including post-op open-heart, CHF, and vascular cases, building advanced clinical skills in a fast-paced setting.

Full-time days and nights with 12-hour shifts. RNs with BLS/ACLS are encouraged to apply, with career pathways into Charge RN and cardiac specialties available.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for high-acuity cardiac and medical patients.
• Monitor complex patients and manage multiple drips.
• Care for patients with chest tubes and central lines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
