The Staff Pad is partnering with a regional healthcare system to recruit Registered Nurses for a high-acuity Cardiac Telemetry unit in Wisconsin. This role offers exposure to complex cardiac, vascular, and pulmonary cases in a collaborative step-down environment.

Ideal candidates will have an ADN (BSN preferred), active WI or MI RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. The unit operates 12-hour shifts with weekend rotation and opportunities for professional growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Active Wisconsin and/or Michigan RN license.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• ACLS required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring in a 44-bed Cardiac Telemetry unit.
• Assess and respond to changes in patient condition using clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Care for patients recovering from heart, vascular, and lung procedures and surgeries.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans.
