Allina Health is seeking a registered nurse for our Cardiac Telemetry/Med-Surg unit. Join a team delivering telemetry and cardiac care on a 40-bed unit with 2–5 day stays, focusing on patient education and high-quality outcomes.

The role features 8-hour day/evening shifts, 0.8 FTE, and every-other weekend work, with opportunities for professional growth through shared governance and precepting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or vocational degree in nursing.
• 1-2 years RN experience.
• Current RN license may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; set outcomes and plan of care.
• Maintain education and competencies to deliver high quality care.
• Incorporate evidence-based nursing practice respecting regulations.
• Collaborate with family/patient to set measurable care outcomes.
• Coordinate and delegate to ensure safe, effective care.
