Qualifications

• More than 12 months nursing experience.
• Current AHA BLS certification must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate care for cardiac telemetry patients.
• Serve as a clinical resource for the team and participate in care planning.
• Integrate evidence-based practice and maintain competencies for unit-based care.
• Ensure patient-centered care with safety and quality as top priorities.
• Support unit operations, participate in staff development, and precept students.
• Contribute to unit orientation and ongoing education activities.
