Job summary

Texas Health Resources seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Cardiac Telemetry 4 – Full-time, day shifts at Texas Health Fort Worth. You will deliver nursing care using the Nursing Process, ensuring safety and quality, and collaborating with a high-performing team.

Expect a 36-hour week, 3-12 hour shifts, with every-other weekend and rotating holidays. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential in a fast-paced, Magnet hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ADN in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure recognized by Texas Board.
• BCLS certification required prior to independent patient care.
• ACLS within 90 days; CPI training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process.
• Assesses the patient.
• Plans the care of the patient.
• Intervenes as appropriate.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of interventions.
• Incorporates age-specific safety/infection control measures into patient care.
