Job summary

Texas Health Resources in Fort Worth seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for Cardiac Telemetry 4 on a full-time day shift. The unit offers a 25-bed telemetry setting with opportunities for growth, self-scheduling, and a Magnet facility environment.

Work hours are 7:00 am–7:00 pm, 3-12 hour shifts weekly, including every other weekend and rotating holidays. The successful candidate will hold a Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), Texas RN licensure, BCLS, ACLS within 90 days, CPI

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure recognized by the Texas Board upon hire.
• BCLS – prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly.
• ACLS – within 90 days of hire; expiration >3 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers care to patients using the Nursing Process.
• Assesses the patient, plans care, intervenes as appropriate, and evaluates outcomes.
• Maintains continuity of patient care across shifts and hospital transfers.
• Adheres to age-specific safety and infection control measures.
