Qualifications
- Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills required.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and Missouri RN licensure required.
- BLS certification at hire; ACLS within 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Assess acute changes in patients on Cardiac Telemetry.
- Monitor and analyze heart rhythms; interpret ECGs and note arrhythmias.
- Intervene in emergency situations with high-level critical thinking.
- Provide patient-centered care in a 29-bed cardiac unit.
