Research Medical Center in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Charge RN Cardiac Care to lead high‑quality, patient‑centered nursing on a two 29‑bed cardiac telemetry units. You will coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, guide admission and discharge processes, and mentor staff to improve outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold RN licensure with a diploma and ACLS/BLS credentials, and are prepared to meet all unit requirements within 30 days.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification within 30 days of employment start date.
• BLS certification within 30 days of employment start date.
• Current RN license and active practice.
• RN diploma required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback and training to staff.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
