Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. is developing West Henderson Hospital in Henderson, NV, with a focus on delivering direct and indirect nursing care. This role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, optimal patient outcomes and upholding service excellence.

We seek BSN-trained RNs licensed in Nevada, with cardiovascular assessment expertise and experience in supervisory roles to lead a dedicated nursing staff in a dynamic acute-care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN required.
• Minimum of one (1) year full time or three (3) years part time experience in acute care specialty nursing.
• One (1) to three (3) years supervisory experience preferred.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS certification. ACLS, PALS, NRP and/or required specialty training or course completion (current upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Assumes shift responsibility and accountability for planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care.
• Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members and guides nursing staff to safe, optimal health care outcomes.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team and aligns with the facility vision and goals.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
