Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• One year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.
• Current ACLS certification required; RN license in state of employment or compact.

Responsabilités

• Provides nursing care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Addresses psychosocial, cultural, and familial needs per practice level.
• Administers medications and treatments using protocol; monitors for side effects and effectiveness.
• Documents patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.
• Assesses learning needs and provides education to patients and families; identifies resources.
