Job summary

TalentBurst is recruiting a Telemetry RN for a 13-week onsite contract in Corpus Christi, TX. Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with 3 days per week and 12-hour shifts. Unit features a 22-bed med-surg/telemetry setting with 30 staff involvement.

RN must have acute care, neuro/ortho exposure preferred, and be eligible for BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications. Role emphasizes patient-centered care, strong documentation in Meditech, and collaboration across the care team.

Qualifications

• Acute med/surg experience 1 year within the last year.
• Ability to care for 4-6 patients at a time.
• RN with BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification.

Responsibilities

• Care for med/surg patients and telemetry assignments.
• Perform IV insertions and urinary catheter care.
• Maintain central lines and administer medications.
• Document in the EHR and coordinate with care team.
• Assist with bladder irrigation and NGT management.
