Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per the plan of care and under supervision.
• Assist physicians and nurses with examinations and procedures.
• Accurately observe, document and report patient status and changes.
• Administer medications as ordered (IM, subcutaneous, IV, oral, nebulization, MDI).
• Contribute to care planning and patient/family education.
