Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for our 4SE TCU Cardiac/Telemetry Step Down Unit located within the Florence Hospital. The CNA will assist with daily living activities and provide patient care under RN or LPN supervision.

Qualifications

• Certified in the state where work is being performed as Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA).
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Completion of applicable state courses.
• Successful completion of Certified Nurse Assistant exam required for certification.
• Not listed on the applicable State Abuse Registry.
• Must have CPR for the professional rescuer.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with activities of daily living.
• Provides patients personal care and comfort.
• Assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of patients.
