Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
• ACLS / BLS certifications required on hire
• RN licensure in Georgia (single state or compact)
• Experience in acute care or charge nurse role

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily unit activities on shift.
• Manage staff assignments and bed flow.
• Lead rounds with physicians to ensure patient safety.
• Ensure compliance with policies, governance, and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff for professional growth.
