Job summary

ScottCare Cardiovascular Solutions, a Marmon Holdings division, is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist for the Mid-Western Territories (OH, WV, PA, KY, IN, MI, MN, IL and WI). Based in Cleveland, the role covers system installations, staff training, and ongoing technical support across North America.

You will collaborate with sales, service, and engineering teams, and travel 75–80% to customer sites to ensure compliant, high-quality patient care and effective product usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred majors include Biomedical Engineering, Exercise Physiology, or Computer Science.
• 2+ years in Field Technical Support or Sales.
• 2+ years in Cardiac Rhythm Management (clinical or technical).

Responsibilities

• System Installation and Configuration: Deliver on-site installations of ScottCare cardiac monitoring systems and provide training for end-users.
• Clinical Training and Customer Enablement: Provide structured training for all users and tailor content to site needs.
• Support & Troubleshoot: Offer remote and in-person support; perform basic repairs and educate customers on proper use.
• Ongoing Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, QA/RA, and Product teams; provide updates and feedback.
