Job summary

THE SCOTTCARE CORPORATION is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist for the Mid-Western Territories in the United States. The role covers OH, WV, PA, KY, IN, MI, MN, IL and WI with extensive travel (75-80%).

You will install ScottCare systems, train clinical staff, and provide post-install support to ensure compliant, high-quality patient care. You will work closely with sales, service, and engineering teams to optimize product usage, handle complex installs, and contribute insights for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred majors include Biomedical Engineering, Exercise Physiology, or Computer Science.
• 2+ years in Field Technical Support or Sales.
• 2+ years in Cardiac Rhythm Management (clinical or technical).

Responsibilities

• Install and configure ScottCare cardiac monitoring systems at hospitals and clinics.
• Provide structured training for clinical end-users on product use.
• Offer remote and on-site technical support and repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Engineering, QA/RA, and Product teams to ensure successful installations and customer satisfaction.
