Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced RN for the Cardiac Surgical Unit (9ST). 36 hours per week, day shift 0700-1930, with every 3rd weekend rotation and 50% holiday rotation.

Join a Magnet-designated facility committed to compassionate patient care and teamwork. You will provide comprehensive nursing care and coordinate plans for heart surgery patients from pre- to post-operative stages, while collaborating with the care team to ensure the best patient

Formación

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• 1+ year experience in acute care nursing (day shift).
• Strong interest and passion for cardiac care.
• Commitment to teamwork and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in line with standards, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure the best patient experience across the continuum.
