Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for Evanston Hospital to oversee nightly clinical operations and direct patient care when necessary. The role emphasizes safety outcomes, high-quality patient experiences, and staff guidance to ensure efficient unit throughput.

The ideal candidate has a Nursing Bachelor’s degree with IL licensure, BLS/CPR, and at least 3 years of clinical experience, including management exposure. This is a full-time night-shift position with shift-based pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in appropriate clinical setting required; Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
• Manage day to day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput
• Would assume direct patient care if necessary
• Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in a specific clinical care area(s)
• Guide and direct a team of care-givers in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family, while preparing them for discharge
• Guides staff development by teaching, mentoring and counseling with new and experienced staff, for both clinical and customer loyalty skills
• Takes lead on clinical performance management

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Master's degree preferred
